This program focuses on intentional movement by leaning into our Indigenous ways of being and knowing, and embracing the connection of our feet to mother earth.
At the heart of the program we will hold space for culturally-safe discussions on how movement can be a form of medicine, and how it can bring us balance: spiritually, emotionally, physically, and mentally. The intention of the program is to bring community together and to reshape our relationship with movement by dismantling colonial and societal pressures around why and how we should move.
