The Backcountry Ski and Snowboard Mentorship Program is a structured program designed to provide new or seasoned backcountry enthusiasts with the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to safely and responsibly navigate off-piste terrain.

This program provides AST1, safety and navigation workshops and in-field days to put your new skills in practice. The mentorship program aims to foster a supportive learning environment while emphasizing safety, risk management, and cultural knowledge sharing amongst the cohort.

Although this program is active, registration is application based and is now closed. Please follow IWO on Instagram to be notified if and when this program will run next season to apply.
